08:22 AM ET 11.28 | Detroit Red Wings prospect Riley Sheahan made a series of very bad choices late last month. [Sheahan] had a blood-alcohol content of .30 -- nearly four times the legal limit and nearly double the threshold for the "super-drunk" charge he faces following his arrest in late October by Grand Rapids Police. Sheahan, 20, who plays for the Grand Rapids Griffins, was wearing the costume of a purple Teletubby, also known as Tinky Winky, when he was pulled over by police on Oct. 29. He also was charged with providing false information. He was carrying the Michigan driver's license of Brendan Smith when he was pulled over by police on Ottawa Avenue NW in downtown Grand Rapids.

Late last month would be Halloween, right?

Driving at .30 would be, wrong!

Tinky Winky? Uh-oh....Jerry Falwell will be furious about that.

And what, was this kid hanging with Patrick Kane?

November 28, 2012  08:57 AM ET

Maybe a career with Sesame Street in the making.

He dressed as Tinky-Winky for Halloween?

Holy Cow.

First "The Monster" and now this? How much can Wings fans endure?

Dumb arse! Trade him to the Leafs for a 1st rounder. He'll fit right in.

Limited role models?

His blood-alcohol reading of .30 is bit low for Burkie but it could work.

It was Tinky-Winky or Tony Romo. He chose wisely. :-)

Maybe he lost a bet. It's the only explanation I can think of.

Oh ouch! An early morning shot across the bow.

It took a great deal of self-control on my part not to go there but ..... what the hell!

It would've been a whole lot easier to swallow if it was Jonas Disgustavson.

Yeah, never been any other drunk-driving incidents involving the Wings...

November 28, 2012  09:47 AM ET

I'll bet there is a good story behind how it happened, but he probably doesn't remember it.

Drunk driving? Yes. Dressed as a fairy? This might be a first.

Speaking of prospects Danny, your boy Morgan Reilly was in town last night with Moose Jaw. That kid is going to be money. I sincerely hope the Leaf organization doesn't screw him all up. I like him.

A cheap shot with Otis here. But, a very good one. :)

*sigh* You know they will.

He's seems like a real winner, especially considering he's still not 100% from knee surgery. It sounded like a ridiculous Burke-ism at the draft when he said that Rielly was their top choice even if they had the first overall pick, and I still don't think anybody takes him before Nail, but if developed properly, brought up at the right pace and stays healthy, he might wind up being the best player taken this summer.
