Suh says kick was inadvertent

02:10 PM ET 11.28 | While outsiders continue to speculate on the player's intentions, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh insists that he didn't mean to hit Houston Texansquarterback Matt Schaub in the groin during last week's game. "I was dragged to the ground, and my foot inadvertently hit the man," Suh said when asked about the play by reporters on Wednesday. The latest in a long run of controversial hits by the third-year lineman, that shaky history has played into how the public has ultimately perceived the play. The NFL reviewed the play this week, and while it said that it would consider Suh's history in making a decision, the league announced recently that Suh won't be suspended, but he could still be fined.

Could he be telling the truth? I guess so...........but I don't believe him. His past history, both on and off the field mark him as a jerk IMO. He'd be far better off to concentrate on his defensive efforts, his undeniable talent and less on being a tough guy.
