08:02 AM ET 11.29 | So much for a friendly welcome. If you're questioning the intensity of the rivalry between the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints, check out this tweet from Saints backup quarterback Chase Daniel. It came just minutes after the team's charter flight touched down in Atlanta on Wednesday night. @ChaseDaniel: Wow, as we're boarding buses on the Tarmac @ Atlanta airport, we start getting eggs thrown @ us by airport workers! Guess they do hate us! Saints teammates Jermon Bushrod and Jimmy Graham re-tweeted Daniel's message, which was tweeted at 7:48 p.m. Wednesday. Graham confirmed Daniel's tweet a few minutes later: @JimmyGraham: Bus just got egged after landing in ATL by the ramp workers. Classy! "RISE Up" smh

Bus eggings, players not wanting to practice in pads, Viagra, and "superfans" who think anyone cares what they think...

A very slow week, indeed.

Compared to last Thursday, it's hard to think of anything that could top the action on the field.

Pretty stupid thing to do. The TSA or whatever agency controls security at the airport could easily pull their ramp passes. Bye bye job, dudes.

Rivalries should be rivalries.

Sounds like homeland terrorism to me.

That was stupid of him. His luggage ended up in Bangladesh.

If he hadn't offered the bounty, his luggage would only have gone to Saskatchewan.

Have to protect the Viagra at all cost.

Egged? Egged? Outragious! Have you seen the price of eggs?

November 29, 2012  04:47 PM ET

They should have thrown rolls of Bounty paper towels instead.

It seems eggs are the only thing the Saints caught last night. Atlanta caught more of Bree's passes than the Saints did.
