10:23 AM ET 11.30 | Concussion symptoms for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick are worsening, and there's a chance he could miss the remainder of the regular season because of them, according to Fox Philadelphia's Howard Eskin on Thursday, who writes sources tell him Vick "could" be done for the season. Vick left Week 10's 38-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys with the concussion, and has yet to return to the practice field for the Eagles since suffering the injury. In his place, rookie quarterback Nick Foles has started the last two weeks for Philadelphia, who have lost seven straight games overall. For the season, Foles has completed 59-of-99 passes (a 60.0 percent clip) for 542 yards, one touchdown and three interceptions.

Best thing for the Eagles, in the long run. I'm still not convinced the injury is a serious as it is being portrayed. It could be the easy way of getting Vick out of the lineup without having to admit to making such a horrendous decision in giving him a long-term contract.

November 30, 2012  10:47 AM ET

He is nearing his shelf life!

November 30, 2012  10:53 AM ET

Vick might not know who he is but Foles is starting to find out who HE is.

November 30, 2012  10:58 AM ET

Taking a Seat would be a Smart Move!

November 30, 2012  11:02 AM ET

That ship sailed a long time ago.

Toast.

Take your pick. Vick, Foles, Eagles, Andy. The same word applies to all of them.

November 30, 2012  11:38 AM ET

Should be... Vick's career is in jeopardy...

November 30, 2012  11:38 AM ET

No matter how you feel about his problems in the past, it is still sad to see someone with his talent begin to decline due to the pounding he has taken over the years. This is a life-changing situation.
Running QBs do not last long in the NFL!

Scrambled eggs for brains. Might be an improvement considering his previous questionable decisions.

November 30, 2012  12:26 PM ET

If the symptoms are still getting worse 3 weeks later, then it could be the end of his career.

Don't forget the pounding he took the year before. The only constant in Philly is the O-Line sucks

As an animal lover I'm thinking Vick deserves whatever he gets. However, it's one thing to see him suffer in the arena of public opinion and another to see him physically suffering. If this is an indicator or a more serious injury than a concussion, well I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. If we find out he's sandbagging to avoid going back on the field and getting pounded however....

November 30, 2012  02:05 PM ET

At least the rest of this season will expose how **** awful foles really is

November 30, 2012  02:12 PM ET

The only thing that's sad is that he was never attacked by a pack of wild dogs who would rip off his testicles, fingers, ears, and other extremeties.
