10:46 PM ET 11.30 | Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu is expected to return to the team on Sunday and the team will not be monitoring his snaps. If Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau's words had any truth, Polamalu will be an important part of the Steelers defense when they take on their division rivals, the Baltimore Ravens, for the second time in three weeks. "I don't think he will be able to be out there every snap, but he is going to be able to take a significant role," Steelers defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau said. "He has been idle for a good while. He is in good shape. His aerobic conditioning is good, but I think his football conditioning needs some development." Polamalu practiced in full this week for the first time since he aggravated his injured calf on Oct. 7.

Mothers will be scooping their children up off the street, dogs will howl for no apparent reason, and Joe Flaco will experience a sudden unexplained chill and the hair on his neck will stand up.

Unless he can play QB too, then how significant can it be. Sooner or later you have to score.

You can appreciate this. My nephew that goes to Bills games has a shirt he wears that says " Buffalo is a drinking town with a football problem"

I laughed when I saw it.
