As well they should.

Hopefully Josh understands that he has no one to blame but himself. Without the baggage, he would be a shoo-in for a 5-8 year contract.

The angels could sign him 6 years 150 millions deal.

The Rangers and Phillies are in the same boat both have let quality outfielders sign with other clubs so what other choice to they have but try and resign Hamilton.

In his five seasons with the Rangers, he has averaged only around 125 games per season. In addition, aside from a good series against the Yankees, he has completely disappeared in the postseason. I'd be very concerned about giving him a long-term deal.
