08:10 AM ET 12.03 | Forgive Knicks fans for hoping Raymond Felton's day-to-day status isn't quite like Amar'e Stoudemire's. Of course, [Stoudemire's] knee injury was originally called a bone bruise and he, too, was listed as day-to-day. ... Stoudemire isn't ready to place a timetable on his long-awaited return and he certainly isn't ready to say he'll be coming back for Christmas. "We'll see," Stoudemire said Sunday. Earlier, Stoudemire told several friends with the Suns organization that reports that he'll play Christmas Day against the Lakers are simply guesswork. "He said he's not ready to commit to that date," said a Suns official. "How would he know today that he can play on Christmas? He doesn't know if he'll be ready by then."

amare for Pau, leggo. it makes too much sense. dantoni, nash and amare reunited again and Knicks get a starting caliber player back for amare. or i say amare for Varejo or amare for big baby, guys that we can definitely have come off the bench without pouting.

I remember commenting about how signing this guy from the Suns was going to be a bad idea, what with his injuries-a-plenty.
