This is a meeting with Jacobs, Edwards and Daly and the PA is having S Fehr most likely. So they have had meetings before without Bettman and D Fehr. They are only bringing in a few new owners. This meeting is more of the same. Get all new owners in there. Stop letting Jacobs dictate these negotiations. It is not going well with him.

to all of those that said Bettman was just a "voice for the owners". Understand that Dwarfus Horribilius is behind this. Dolan (who I am absolutely no fan of) has been very critical of Bettman etc. and wants thing settled...whatever the reason (his pockets are feeling lighter I'm sure) I cannot believe that I have sided with Dolan a couple of times now...which just goes to illustrate what an incredibly inept and awful commisioner this Dwarf is

Im sure Dolan is one of the few owners that wishes there was no cap.It stops him from tossing his millions around to buy any free agent he wants.

Absurd. I tried to have a rationale debate with you - but your entire stance is ... "everything is Don Fehr's fault" and "I've followed hockey longer than you" which "makes me right". I pointed out that no, you haven't followed hockey longer than I have - and while I give Fehr some of the blame - anyone who thinks Bettman isn't the root problem doesn't follow hockey - or hasn't since 1994. Which is true. He's been the constant in three work stoppages that he's controlled. So you keep talking nonsense, putting people down when they don't agree with you - and having a name that is insulting and threatening. But like I said, you don't know how to debate, the facts do not support you - and you resort to name calling and then whine about it. How sad. For you.
