Dominick Cruz sidelined again by knee surgery

06:29 PM ET 12.03 | Dominick Cruz won't defend his UFC bantamweight title for a long time. Cruz had a second ACL surgery last week after his body rejected the ACL from a cadaver from the first operation. Cruz hasn't fought since retaining his title against Demetrious Johnson via unanimous decision on Oct. 1, 2011.
