05:05 PM ET 12.05 | Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice took a brutal hit on his game-winning touchdown against the Chicago Bears but has been cleared to practice. Head coach Pete Carroll said that Rice will remain limited however as a precaution. Rice has remained healthy for the first time since 2009 so far this season, starting all twelve games with 43 catches for 623 yards and seven touchdowns. His 99 yards against Chicago were a Seattle-career high for Rice. The Seahawks take on the Arizona Cardinals in Week 14.
