04:49 PM ET 12.06 | Former Los Angeles Lakers coach Mike Brown says that he has no desire to rush back into coaching after being fired after just five games this season. "The reality is I have this year plus two more on my contract, so I don't necessarily need to be in a rush," he told the Los Angeles Times. "I'm just going to keep enjoying the family and life and figure out what's the next step in this whole thing as time goes on. Right now there has not been any thought to me coaching at all." Brown also doesn't harbor any resentment towards the Lakers, saying that being fired is "part of the business."
