08:23 AM ET 12.07 | Kevin Youkilis returned to Boston Thursday night for a fundraiser, but he had yet to make any sort of decision public. [Youkilis] did not tip his hand about whether he will be playing with the Yankees next season or the Indians or somewhere else. "I've got good choices, I can't deny it, I have good choices and good people," said Youkilis. "Any time anyone wants you, that's a good choice. Some guys are sitting at home and want a job and not getting it." Youkilis is believed to have a one-year offer from the Yankees worth $12 million, as well as an offer from the Indians. ... "A lot of teams want me right now and we have a handful of good choices. I've just got to sit down with my family and agent and all that stuff. In due time, we'll find out."

The fact that Boston wasn't interested in bringing him back even though they needed a 1B, should send up a red flag to these teams.

It pains me to think that Lex Luthor could be playing 3rd base for the Yankees. This guy has been a thorn in their side for years. Still, I may prefer him over that bum, A-Rod.
