Drummond still hasn't earned more burn

05:43 PM ET 12.07 | Detroit Pistons rookie Andre Drummond has progressed much faster than anyone anticipated, but coach Lawrence Frank said he still needs to see more from Drummond before he dramatically increases Drummond's minutes. "I think when Andre plays with the effort and energy that he's capable of doing, similar to what we saw two nights ago, he's a game-changer," Frank said. "He brings length and athleticism and size that we don't have on our roster. That being said, he's going to make, like every young player, his share of mistakes. But the way you overcome it is with your effort and energy." Drummond is averaging 6.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game in under 18 minutes of game action.
