09:10 AM ET 12.08 | Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs surrendered nine weapons to authorities late last month in connection with a protective order brought against him by his ex-fiancee, The Baltimore Sun first reported. Suggs had the weapons delivered to Ravens Training Camp, where authorities safely collected a .45-caliber pistol, a 9 mm pistol, a .454 Casull revolver, a Bushmaster rifle, two Defender 2000 rifles known as AR-15 rifles and three shotguns. This marks the second time in three years that Suggs was named in a domestic violence complaint, and by the same person -- the mother of his two children, the WBAL-TV 11 News I-Team confirmed. According to a source who has seen the temporary protective order, Suggs and his ex-fiancee, Candace Williams, got into a fight in early September in which, she claims, "he jumped into the car and began punching my neck and threw me out of the car. I tried to grab my purse and phone, but he started driving away with our children in the car. My hand was stuck in the seat belt and he dragged me at a high rate of speed. I freed myself and fell in the road. He came back and picked me up and drove home."

How come goody hasn't suspended this NFL role model ?

December 8, 2012  10:22 AM ET

I'm sure he bought 10 more at a gun show to replace them. This sounds like a disaster waiting to happen.....

Maybe half. Not to say he didn't do something but to say some women don't stretch the truth....

Wow... he went back to pick his girlfriend up and brought her home.

Otis!

Hey, I've still got some pork rinds left over. They're in a bowl on the coffee table. There's a little spilled beer in the bottom of the bowl, but that helps keep them moist.

If he turned in 9 guns, how many did he keep?

Maybe he is working for homeland security on the side. If the fire arms were all for protecting his family and home, then he may want to move to a better neighborhood.
