11:17 AM ET 12.09 | The Baltimore Ravens planned to let linebacker Terrell Suggs warm up and test his injured biceps (torn biceps) and that's what they did on Sunday morning, but Suggs will not play in the game. The Ravens play the Redskins and Suggs' torn biceps will keep him inactive, meaning he'll miss his first game since returning on October 21. The Redskins are slight home favorites against the Ravens, who lead the AFC North.
