49ers-Seahawks flexed to Sunday night in Week 16

01:55 PM ET 12.10 | The NFL has decided to flex the Week 16 matchup between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks to NBC's Sunday Night Football. The league originally scheduled the division matchup for 4:25 p.m ET on FOX. The scheduled Sunday Night Football game between the San Diego Chargers and the New York Jets will move to 1 p.m. ET on CBS. The New York Giants-Baltimore Ravens game will shift from the 1 p.m. time slot on CBS to the 4:25 p.m ET spot on FOX.

Cool. Whole day of RedZone, then the most important game of the year for the Hawks. Almost makes me want to take up beer drinking again, just to get the full Sunday experience.

If Niners lose this weekend in New England and Hawks can get a win in Buffalo they should be playing for the NFC West title. Best game of the year for both teams indeed. Go Hawks!
