02:28 PM ET 12.10 | Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell has been named the new offensive coordinator of the Baltimore Ravens, according to the Ravens. Caldwell is replacing Cam Cameron, who was fired by the Ravens on Monday after spending more than four and a half seasons serving as Baltimore's offensive coordinator. Caldwell served as Indianapolis' head coach between 2009-2011 and led the Colts to the Super Bowl in his first season as head coach. Caldwell was fired after the Colts finished 2-14 in 2011 and was quickly hired to serve as Baltimore's quarterbacks coach following his dismissal from Indianapolis.

Ok... so you don't like how your QB is playing. You fire the OC and promote the QBs coach?

Why not just sit Cameron down and say "Look dude... Ray Rice. Got it?"

Don't be giving them no ideas! Let John get on with hacking up the team

Not a bad guy to replace him with, but I'm not really sure it's going to make much of an impact.

Defensive coordinator likely gone after the season, unless they make a miraculous recovery in that unit.

you don't think they tried that. Cam was a huge problem (as well as the OL) in hurting Flacco. he might not become Johnny U but he'll be a better QB now.
