03:06 PM ET 12.11 | An appeal hearing overseen by former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue vacated the discipline for the four players suspended by the NFL for their role in the New Orleans Saints bounty case. The decision, an official ruling on behalf of the NFL, reverses the punishment for Scott Fujita, Anthony Hargrove, Will Smith and Jonathan Vilma. Tagliabue supported the league's findings in the case, but noted the role played by the coaches and the Saints organization in a tersely worded statement.

Way for the players for fight for and preserve their jobs and income.Ben Roethlisberger should re-think suing Goodell from the suspension a couple of years back.

I wonder if the Rooney family had any problem with that suspension...

The guilty players in this whole fiasco should just shut their mouths and move on. I have little sympathy for players worried about their own livelihoods and reputation when they plotted to injure and risk other players' livelihood. All the decision made today did was fault the coaches and franchise over the guilty players.

Sets a great precedent. Sure you're adults but that doesn't mean you have to be responsible for your behavior. Pathetic.
