01:27 PM ET 12.12 | A bad season has gotten worse for the Arizona Cardinals, as on Wednesday, the organization announced via the team's official website that quarterback Kevin Kolb has been placed on injured reserve. With the decision, Kolb's 2012 season is now over. Kolb suffered a rib injury earlier in the season and has not played since an Oct. 14 loss to the Buffalo Bills. For the Cardinals, it is a devastating blow in what has been another highly disappointing season in Arizona.
