The end for Kolb?

08:02 AM ET 12.13 | The odds that Kevin Kolb will endure another offseason of speculation are again rising. In two seasons with the Cardinals, Kolb will have missed 17 of 32 games because of injuries. He is due to make $9 million in salary in 2013 and receive a $2million bonus if he's on the roster in March. The Cardinals must decide if Kolb is worth bringing back at that price, at a lesser one, or at all. Kolb proved this year that, when healthy, he is the best quarterback the Cardinals have. He completed nearly 60 percent of his passes with eight touchdowns and three interceptions. John Skelton and Ryan Lindley have completed about 52 percent of their passes with two touchdowns and 14 interceptions.

I can't think of a team that will give him another shot, if so.

The good news is that he didn't buy a house before the Arizona real estate market crashed.

It's a carry-over from Andy Reid. It's actually a take-out menu, but he wears it for sentimental reasons. It's the same one he was wearing when he got his first Kolb-Kussion.

Even if Kolb had played up to his contract, the Bidwells would probably let him go before signing that check. All those 0's would cramp up the old check signin' hand.

That 4-0 start really effed up their chances for a premier quarterback in the draft, too. Way to go, Cards.

I agree. Kolb will be on somebody's roster next year, at a drastically reduced salary.
