08:17 AM ET 12.13 | In a week, we'll know where one of the country's top prospects will begin his college career. Top Michigan State basketball recruit Jabari Parker of Chicago will announce his college decision on Thursday, Dec. 20 at 3 p.m., according to a report. The Chicago Sun-Times says Parker will make the announcement at his high school, Chicago Simeon. Parker has said the final schools he is considering are MSU, Brigham Young, Duke and Stanford. The 6-7 Parker is rated a five-star prospect and the No. 2 small forward in the nation by Scout.com. Parker's father, Sonny Parker, told USA Today that he doesn't know which school his son will select. He added, though, "I think it will probably be between Duke and Michigan State. That's what I'm thinking."

If that's the case, he won't be at Duke since we don't do that.

So Duke uses Cayman Islands Banks

Nah..One of the Boosters will give his mom or dad a job above their qualifications or create one...ie Duhon

I still laugh when I hear people say, "My school doesn't cheat." Maybe the head coach doesn't cheat, but someone at your school or associated with your school is cheating :)

LOL, I agree. How can "anyone" keep a straight face and say for a fact, that their "school doesn't cheat"???

It's probably typical for someone who roots for different schools in FB (OH St) and BB (Dookies).

Its not dishonest to help kids out

It all depends what your school is giving the kids to help them out!!! I remember the 1980 UCLA basketball team that lost to Louisville in the finals. The NCAA took the second place trophy away from the Bruins, because of violations and one of the vioations was they were giving recruits free T-shirts.

The NCAA didn't even realize that those free T-shirts were folded in a way to conceal the wads of cash stowed inside.
