02:21 PM ET 12.13 | Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant plans to suit up for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to reports. The decision isn't completely up to him though. Bryant reportedly received a second opinion on the broken finger, sustained during last Sunday's 20-19 win over th eCincinnati Bengals, on Wednesday, and believes that the necessary impending surgery can be held off until the offseason. In the report, a source noted that Bryant will need to get through practice with a splint on the injured finger, as team trainers are looking to see if additional injury to the digit can be avoided. Also, Bryant's effectiveness in pass-catching needs to be put to the test during the Cowboys' Thursday practice.

Catching a football with a broken finger is probably not a pleasant experience. Now we find out if Dez is football player or a pretender.

It's what he brings to the game that counts, they have to cover him, or else!

Still seems to be a multi-million dollar talent with a 10 cent head. I would imagine sales of Pepto Bismol would be brisk in Dallas as long as he's playing. He has to be very frustrating to watch for a Dallas fan. And, half the time, exciting as hell to watch.
