No plans to demote Trent Richardson

Unless you're sending him to KC or Jax, there's not much you can do to demote someone who already plays for Cleveland.

What kind of milestones do you realistically set for a rookie RB on a team that I'm guessing plays a lot of "pass-to-catch-up" offense? If you told me that he would finish the season onthe Browns with 1,000 yards and 8-10 TD's I would say that's a pretty fine year for Mr. Richardson.
