Lovie Smith: Jay Cutler 'is good to go' against Packers

Lovie was waiting to see if Matthews was playing.

Whine on Jay, whine on.

I'm amazed Lovie Smith is still in charge with the Bears. He's seldom 'good to go.' He's more like 'goof and go.'

Lovie's just as inept at making the right calls at critical times of the game as his receivers are at catching a pass that hits them right in the chest.

"Quarterbacks coach Jeremy Bates said "it's been a normal week" of preparation for Cutler in practice."

With that O line in front of him, Jay Cutler forgot what a normal week is supposed to feel like.

Bears management are the only people in America who believe the Bears can win anything with that inept O line "protecting" Jay.

A normal week for Cutler in preparation for a game versus the packers consists of Jay throwing himself, repeatedly, to the ground, in preparation for what Clay will do to him.

Cutler is going to be held together by rubber bands and duct tape by the end of the season, if he makes it that far.

He is but .... his O line isn't.

With the loss last week in Minnesota the Bears have no choice but to play Culter because they need this game to stay in the division race and playoff picture.

I was hoping a new GM might have made a difference, but so far it looks like the same old song and dance as when Jerry Angelo was running things.
