01:21 PM ET 12.15 | The Baltimore Ravens do not plan to activate linebacker Ray Lewis from the injured reserve / designated for return list by Saturday afternoon, according to ESPN's Sal Paolantonio. Lewis was placed on the new injured reserve list earlier in the season after suffering a torn triceps and the earliest he could return would be Sunday against the Broncos -- but only if he was activated by Saturday afternoon. Since Lewis won't play this week, the next date to circle is Week 16 when the Ravens host the New York Giants.

Still say the Ravens are aiming for him to be back for the playoffs, unless things get desperate, which they just might.
