06:05 PM ET 12.15 | Kyrie Irving just can't catch a break. Just three games removed from returning after suffering a broken finger, which was following a broken hand he suffered over the summer, he's managed to break yet another bone. In the Cleveland Cavaliers' home loss yesterday night against the Milwaukee Bucks, he was sent to the floor, courtesy of Bucks forward Luc Mbah a Moute, and suffered a small left maxillary (jaw bone) fracture. After writhing in pain for a couple of minutes, he still managed to nail his free throws. Irving will be active in tonight's match-up against the first-seeded New York Knicks. Kyrie Irving will be meeting his team in New York City after being fitted for a protective mask that he will be debuting tonight, joining young guns Tristan Thompson and Tyler Zeller.

he wore a mask, but it didn't cover his jaw......

Well.....if you knew that the maxillary bone was in the upper jaw.....near the sinuses.....you wouldn't be scratchin'.

Jus' sayin'.......
