07:50 PM ET 12.16 | The Seattle Seahawks defeated the Buffalo Bills, 50-17, on Sunday at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada. It is the second consecutive game the Seahawks have dropped 50 points after putting up 58 on Arizona last week. Despite trailing only 14 to 7 after the first quarter, the Bills didn't seem to be in the game and they weren't. The Seahawks exploded for 17 second-quarter points to build a 31-7 lead before Buffalo could find the end zone again. The Seahawks scored 19 more points in the second half while shutting out the Bills to complete the rout.

This Seahawks team should be scaring the hell out of some playoff pretenders.

I want to see them meet Green Bay in the post-season. I don't think it would be nearly as close (for the Packers) as it was at the beginning of the season.

Wait... Carroll ran a fake punt against the Bills with a 30-point lead? I know, I know.. if the Bills didn't like like they should simply stop the Seahawks from doing that sort of thing, but come on...

Kind of ironic that Pete continues to do this sort of thing, when he seemed to have problems when others did it to him.

Ironic? I think "hypocritical" is the word you're looking for.

Hanging fifty on Buffalo is fine, but I'm looking forward to seeing them play a real defense next week.

I would not want to play this team in the playoffs!!!

Is he??? All I hear is what RGIII and Luck is doing this year!!!

According to all the local sports reporters present after the game, Carroll wasn't really spending much time celebrating because he was upset about the fake punt. It was an automatic he didn't remember to take off the table, and the upback saw the weakness and audibled. It was a dumbas* mistake on Carroll's part, but not the Dr. Evil atrocity everyone thinks it was.

Meanwhile, it's fun to be a football fan in Seattle again.

I would think the playoffs will reduce their offensive production a bunch. It just does.
