04:41 PM ET 12.17 | The Toronto Raptors are expected to make big moves, but it doesn't appear that anything is on the horizon for a few reasons. For one, disappointing forward Andrea Bargnani is currently out with an elbow injury, and it's hard to believe that a team will take him on before he returns to the court. For another, they don't seem to be too enamored with Lakers big man Pau Gasol, who is continually involved in trade rumors. "The Raptors, sources say, are leery of taking a flier on yet another international player, despite Gasol's obvious and longstanding talents," writes NBA.com's David Aldridge.

I personally would make the trade for pau gasol for a number of reasons. For starters there isn't much talent in this draft. secondly, pau is a major upgrade over bargnani which will equal more wins and thirdly with lowy being a free agent a playoff berth or atleast a challenge for the last playoff berth can convince lowry to stay there.
