04:25 PM ET 12.17 | The Tennessee Volunteers were able to sway Cooper City High School's Lemond Johnson away from the Auburn Tigers. Johnson, who plays safety at Cooper City, had been committed to the Tigers since June. He is a three-star recruit, considered to be the No. 30 ranked safety in the nation. "Going there, just seeing all the facilities and the people in the office and everything just being in place, it's just a great place to succeed and set you up for the next level and all that stuff after school," Johnson said. "Coming in mid-year, that's something I really wanted to do." And coming to school early is a major reason that Johnson decided to switch his commitment from Auburn to Tennessee. Johnson had wanted to enroll in college mid-January, but newly named Auburn head coach Gus Malzahn said it was not an option.

Malzahn telling him he could not come in mid year is like saying... "hey dude, we really dont want you!!!"

You know it was a bad year when the pic on the thread is the mascot.

Not much to choose from: Auburn or UTk. If the kid was really good, you would think he'd have better offers.

Looks like Doc and Volunatic tied for second place.

DUDE! Smokey is one fine hound, worthy of any header pic.

As an aside, I do wish they'd top the threads with more cheerleader pics.

A spammer got the 1st post but was completely obliterated ... threw FN's numbering process off I guess.
