My question is why would a overpaid bench player mind coming off the bench, particularly when it is obvious that thats what you are at this point in your career? There has been a presidence before, in fact a HOF presidence. Bob McAdoo, yeah HOF'er McAdoo, came off the bench for the Lakers and excelled very much so. At the time McAdoo was a 3x consecutive ex-scoring champion and in my opinion, a far greater player than Stat could ever hope to be. I'm really hoping that the Knicks could ship his **** out and get a helpful good return for him. I like that this cat Stat, now know his place, and after being on the bench while injured for so long, that he has now been benchamatized. I like that he knows his place. Keep that attitude even if we are stuck with you Stat. I am hopeful that you can help us in that capacity! Apple!
