08:01 AM ET 12.19 | In a wide-ranging interview that included talk of trades, front-office structure and the luxury tax, Warriors owner Joe Lacob was also asked about the perception Mark Jackson had some pressure on him going into this year. "He's under contract, and so yes, he has pressure on him. We all do. I feel a lot of pressure; everyone feels a lot of pressure, because this fan base deserves for this team to be in the playoffs. They deserve a winner. So yeah, we all feel pressure. And Mark should feel pressure to perform, and you know, he's handling it pretty well. He's doing what I think most people say is a [heckuva] job. I have every belief that he's going to continue to do that. Players like playing for this guy."

QUOTE(#3):

You also have to give credit to Jerry West. Somehow he finds a way to make teams very successful. He did it for the Lakers and Grizz and now the Warriors. And Steph will be fine. He is still doing better than Thabeet.

May be true...but you have to admit Thabeet is playing better now than when he first arrived in OKC....Good morning G-B.

QUOTE(#5):

Thabeet is actually playing better but not better than Steph. OKC is scary good. I don't think anybody cAn stop them this year. Not even the Heatles.

We shall see how the season plays out...the Thunder is playing really good right now and I hope they continue to do so. 15 of the next 22 games are on the road for the Thunder thru Jan 31...that will tell us alot about the character of this team.

Tremendous Journalism...

"Mr Owner? According to my anonymous sources within the organization and others who are familiar with your thinking, is it true that your Head Coach is under pressure to win?"

On a side note: Jackson is doing a fine job.
