04:36 PM ET 12.19 | Brady Quinn will start at quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, according to Adam Teicher of the Kansas City Star. He will start ahead of Ricky Stanzi and Matt Cassel, despite struggling under center in recent weeks. There was some wondering this week if Stanzi could end up playing in the game. Quinn is just 28-for-53 passing for 295 yards and two interceptions over his last two games. The Chiefs are coming off their 12th loss of the season, a 15-0 shutout at the hands of the Oakland Raiders.

Go figure how Tebow gets shafted by Ryan and isn't allowed to replace the human turnover (Sanchez), yet Quinn continues to stink it up and lose, but he's rewarded with another start.

The Chiefs have lacked a strong veteran QB for several seasons. Unless the team can get a couple of great coaches next season, or somehow find a gem of a rookie in the draft, KC will continue to implode.
At least they get to console themselves after losses with tasty barbecue ...
