04:58 PM ET 12.20 | College football players gain weight. In some cases, this is due to steroids. In many others, it's due to advanced strength and nutrition programs, which tend to have even more of an effect when players hail from poor areas lacking in nutrition education and health resources.

So those bellies on those 330 pound offensive linemen can be credited to increased 'nutritional education' at the college training table? Uhh...ok.

Van, your are too, too much. Love it!!!!!!!!!!
Kids grow at differnt rates. Some 16/17 year-olds are at their mature size at that age.
Others grow when they are 19/20, or older. Weight training and nutrician can help, and in some cases the gains can be huge.
To assume steroids are the issue is knee-jerk, unless there is some evidence. Kids just grow and there doesn't need to be artifical assistance.
But, test and hold all accountable. It they are juicing, take them down!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watch it Van. I'm pulling for your team in 2 weeks, don't make me change my mind!

(Don't worry, I could never pull for Alabama)

Barrett Jones' injury has me questioning Bama's full fitness for the game. With ND's massive and mobile NT, Bama needs the nations best center.
