09:31 AM ET 12.22 | Chicago Bulls center Joakim Noah does not expect to be suspended after getting into a skirmish with New York Knicks center Tyson Chandler during the fourth quarter of Friday night's 110-106 win. Noah and Chandler got tangled up after going for a rebound with 4:39 left in regulation. Chandler appeared to throw several elbows in Noah's direction. Noah appeared to retaliate by trying to headbutt Chandler. The two had to be separated and ultimately were thrown out of the game. When asked specifically about a possible suspension, the emotional center seemed incredulous. "Suspension?" Noah said. "For what? What did I do?" When asked about the apparent headbutt, Noah responded. "He headbutted me," Noah said. "Come on guys, I'm trying to play (Saturday), man. I love this game."

I love my Knicks, but they have no real fight in them. They have Brewer who is a total waste of time in my opinion. If he his there for defense as everybody keeps saying, then why in the heck does he stand around on offense looking for shots? Why doesn't he go inside and like Rodman and position himself for offensive rebounds? I think we could do better than Brewer.
I also see trouble coming down the road for my Knicks if they can't get by Chicago and have a hard time with teams they should beat. Mike Woodson is a good coach but I'm afraid if he continues to allow his team to suck when it comes to interior defense and allow guards to come down the lane uncontested of at best foul them every time the Knicks will lose in the first round of the playoffs. Mike Woodson, you're to smart of a man to not see that your team sucks in the interior...

The slow starts are all about Ronnie Brewer, IMO. Think about it, the two slow starts they had in the last week, Brooklyn and Chicago, came as a result of them daring Brewer to shoot on the offensive end of the floor by leaving him uncovered. The Knicks can't hide his terrible shooting anymore. He was hot at the beginning of the season, but now he's come back down to Earth. Avery Johnson figured it out and Tom Thibodeau is too smart to not exploit it. Now the blueprint is out there and other teams will see it. Shumpert can't come back fast enough.

Yeah, Brewer was a product of Gibson and Asik being an aggressive presence behind him in Chicago. I wish we could have kept that bench together, but not at the price they were asking.
As for the Knicks, it's nice to hear that we might have your number this year. It would make for a great 1-8 or 2-7 series come playoff time.

In case nobody has been watching professional basketball for the past 5 years, slow starts in the 1st and 3rd quarters are the hallmark of Mike Woodson teams. He is continually out-coached, and cannot make mid game adjustments. The Knicks percentages are guaranteed to go down as they play the league for the second tie around, this season. Teams will understand how to beat the Knicks. This is why Woodson teams are terrible in the playoffs: 7 games in a row with a team that is heavily scouted.
