Nearly everyone in this South Jersey city of 28,511 people talks about this 21-year-old with some familiarity. ... He's a reluctant celebrity, preferring to come home to his once normal life but now having to hide from the frequent crush of instant superstardom. "I guess that's the price you pay," said his father, Jeff Trout, who grew up in Millville and spent four seasons in the Minnesota Twins' minor leagues as a switch-hitting second baseman before returning home to raise a family and coach baseball and teach history at Millville High. "It's tough for Mikey at home now because everything has changed."
