04:16 PM ET 12.26 | During the summer, Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and CEO Mike Dee said they would be updating the Dolphins uniforms and logo for the 2013-14 NFL season. While fans immediately got excited about a new look, Ross made it clear that the team would make an effort to stick to tradition. "I think it's important to pay a lot of homage to tradition and heritage," Ross said. Dee echoed the idea that the new look would not be a complete overhaul. "We're not talking about changing colors or taking the sun off the helmet," Dee said. "It's not going to be like when Tampa Bay changed from orange to pewter gray. It's definitely keeping one eye on what's traditional in the logo intact, while keeping one eye on a 21st century version of that." Now, there is a grainy image making the rounds on the internet that is believed to be very close to what the Dolphins new logo will look like. FanSided.com has a copy of the image.

The Browns need a new logo, and a name change. They are named after the former owner, for Chrissakes.

Cleveland Bulldogs? Put a big, mean-ass dog on the helmet...but Browns? Jeez.

Once a team moves to a new city, they forfeit their "tradition." The logo is up for grabs.

Steelers logo has changed, at one time it just said Steel
