01:44 PM ET 12.27 | Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has won his appeal to overturn a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drug policy, according to multiple reports. Sherman's appeal, which was heard last Friday, involved a claim that the cup that was used to contain his urine sample was broken and leaking, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. A second cup was used to capture leakage, but the seal on that second cup was apparently broken. On Tuesday, Sherman alleged on Twitter that the tester who collected the sample has a history of errors and has only been testing for six months.

Do they have to bring their own PED, or does the team supply them ?

How fortunate he had a sloppy tester!

That's one side of the story.

THIS IS GREAT! I love it!

Can the league discipline any of the players? or did the league lose that right when the CBA was signed?

How fortunate for the cup to break! Must have had a good "grip" on that thing!

Actually, from the description above, that's Sherman's side of the story. How much of a knucklehead must the tester be to have screwed up such an easy process. Maybe it's the same Seahawks fan that masqueraded as a ref and handed them the game against the Packers.

Wasn't the grip that broke the cup. Even his piss stream hits hard.
