01:55 PM ET 12.27 | The Miami Dolphins will have a new logo in 2013. By now, that's a foregone conclusion. But, how that logo will look is still a matter of rumor and conjecture. Yesterday, one logo in particular surfaced as a probable rendition of the team's new look. While both DolFans NYC and Uni Watch, which separately came across the same logo, stated that the picture may not be legit, the rumors gained steam, with even Miami beat writers saying they were hearing that the image was a legit version of the new Miami logo. Of course, it could be a legit version of one possible logo, or a draft version of the logo, with changes being made still, but, no matter what, the possible logo spurned lots of discussion yesterday, and it is sure to continue over the coming weeks as fans wait to see the future of the Miami Dolphins.

You can't have throwbacks if you never update your uni.

How about they improve their coaching staff as well

It would be nice to see the "rumored" logo in the post wouldn't it?

I think it is. From what I've heard they aren't looking for a whole new logo, just a touch up here and there.

The old logo looks better than that new one. Yet another Phin fail.

December 27, 2012  04:25 PM ET

I would just rather have the older version than update it. Same goes for New England's.

I love the old Patriot unis... But I'm glad they usually wear their modern ones (which look good too), just makes the throwbacks look that much more awesome when they wear them.

I hope the pats never wear those throwback unis ever again. If Star Trek taught us anything it's that red shirt equals death.
