Dirk sees Mayo lacking confidence

Dirk seems kinda lost out there last night.. He was trying to direct traffic but no one was listening to him.. That Colson dude was on fire though.. Dirk should let up on OJ since he carried the Mavs in his absense.

For someone coming back from a major injury Dirk is talking too much. First he calls out his team for a low basketball IQ, then calls out Mayo for not having confidence.

That's disruptive behavior.

If anything he needs to know that him being back means the whole team needs to readjust hence the struggle. I hope he'll understand that, be patient and try to help the process by being positive instead of the constant rah rah...

Dirk has been in the league for a long time. He should know better.

Dirk's earned his right to mouth off, if he feels it's necessary. That's that.

Dirk, nobody really cares what you think. Why not save some time, RETIRE! I find it hard to believe that people have the audacity to compare this guy to Larry Legend! What are they smoking? Pass it around for old time sake!

I don't see Dirk talking anywhere as much as lets say Kobe. Disruptive behavior? This isn't Latrell Sprewell guy. Now if he was telling players to put on their big boy pants...

It wasn't too long ago there were people on T&R saying dirk needs to be more of a leader. Now, you want him to shut up because he's being disruptive? !!!?
