09:53 AM ET 12.29 | One source close to the situation said Friday that Andrea Bargnani remains "a lock to be moved." That naturally depends on finding a taker for the underachieving Italian forward, but Kyle Lowry's contract shouldn't be too hard to attach to a trade, valued at $5.8 million this season and with only $1 million guaranteed of the $6.2 million he's owed next season.

Don't Come To LA, Bro.

And the cycle continues in Toronto...

But in there defense, I don't know that there has been a Softer 7 footer since Shawn Bradley.

Gasol and Duhon for Bargnani and Calderon...

Try taking off the homer goggles BEFORE suggesting such things.
...makes it a more realistic scenario.

I'll give Colangelo this; he can (somehow) get rid of bad contracts, Turk comes to mind.

You have a point! But his drafting history is brutal.

Funny how the team has won 3x as many games without Lowry and Bargs than they did with them...

True.

So, he sucks at drafting, but can get rid of his bad picks.

December 29, 2012  01:16 PM ET

Don't you need a trade partner to be a lock to be moved?

Davis gives them what they need; a pf that gets rebounds and plays some defense.
Toronto can have some success if they keep the game simple, play with hustle/effort, and trust each other as a team.

Simple game, if you do the right things.

Even Babcock had a better drafting record even though he drafted Rafael Ara??jo

Straight out of the Argos Leafs trade book

OK !! who out there would like Bargs -we have watched the Pasta Pylon for 6 years now and he is just awful, can't rebound, can't defend, can't put the ball on the floor, can't play in a team concept and takes some of the worst shots imaginable...who you got because at this point we will take almost ANYONE...Pau ? love it ! toilethead Demarcus - NO problem.pick almost anyone who will take bargs in return..OK i'm all in..Then we make BC go away so he can't do anymore damage to this franchise..oh and by the way you absolutely CANNLOT have KL as part of this deal..one of the best moves the Raps have ever made and i think he's on track to become one of the elite PG's in the league..and when he got ripped for playing "hero ball " before he got hurt he came back after watching Jose manage the team to perfection and fit right in coming off the bench, dishing and driving and scoring..
