08:25 AM ET 12.31 | Texas A&M defensive end Damontre Moore made it official late Sunday, declaring for the NFL draft, and two of his teammates may follow the same path. Offensive tackles Luke Joeckel and Jake Matthews also are considering early entry into April's draft. Each is a junior and neither has redshirted. All underclassmen have until Jan. 15 to make a decision on the draft. Moore, an All-American, is projected as a potential top-five pick. ... Moore thrived in A&M's 4-3 scheme under new defensive coordinator Mark Snyder, leading the team in both tackles (80) and sacks (12.5). He's on track to be the first Aggie lineman to lead the team in tackles since Sam Adams did so in 1993. Joeckel also is considered an elite pick in early mock drafts.

Yeah. Dam straight that's some crazy schizzit. Next thing you know, coaches will be leaving for better gigs in the middle of dinner with recruits.

I thought that the two tackles decided to stay one more year???

Am I wrong? Is this what it feels like to be wrong?

I don't think I like this...not one bit.

Fricking last week a bunch of Aggies were saying that Joeckel was staying. Top 5 picks should never stay.

Agree...aren't tackles right up there with QBs and DLs are far as the NFL pay scale goes?

Take the $$$. Fame and wealth in the game of football is fleeting.

Just don't give it to'em after 7 pm if they're just out of diapers, unless you have plastic mattress covers.

Tell me about. You still have to change out the sheets and cloths, then wash it all. Pain in the butt around 4 am.
