12:48 PM ET 12.31 | The Buffalo Bills will be going in a different direction after firing Chan Gailey on Monday. The team announced the move at 11 a.m. ET, sending out a tweet to confirm the news. Gailey spent three seasons with the Bills, all of which ended with double-digit losses. This was Gailey's second stint as a head coach in the NFL, the first of which came with the Dallas Cowboys. There, he tallied an 18-14 record in two seasons. In Buffalo, Gailey finished with just 16 wins over three years.
