Cerrone: Jones should have fought Sonnen at UFC 151

12:21 PM ET 01.02 | Even though they are teammates, Donald Cerrone has never been one to shy away from voicing his opinion. The outspoken lightweight says that UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones should have taken the fight to save UFC 151 against Chael Sonnen. "Yes, I'd have fought," Cerrone said this past Friday. "They could call me tomorrow and ask me to fight. I think you need to fight. That's our job. I don't think you should curl up and find a way out. So yes, that's my answer."

I like Cerrone and all but the majority of his income is based on fighting. When the largest chunk of his income is from endorsements based on his success, he'd change his mind and want to make sure he was as prepared as possible for each fight.
