I thought Peterson was the inside favorite if/when Kelly leaves?

Mark was basically QB coach the last 4 yrs., and I think did a good job. But I agree, hopefully he was taking alot of notes.

I've heard CK didn't go to Tampa last spring because the admin. wasn't backing Helfrich and Chip's been grooming him to take over. Now PK is backing Mark and Chips out..over..

As much as I admire tOSU's accomplishments in 2012, I do not believe the Sports Hacks will place them atop of their final poll.

If as the report indicates Kelly departs for the pros and Helf gets the nod as Oregon's HC, Petersen should happily remain in Boise.
