"Joe really needs to play well for them to win," said former NFL quarterback Rich Gannon, a CBS analyst. "They've got a bit of an identity crisis. Why would the 49ers want Flacco? THey could trade Smith for a good player or a pick that could be used on a good player...

Yea! your right making the playoffs 5 years in a row really sucks, and prior to that they were in the playoffs 3 of the last seven years, when they had all those hall of fame quarterbacks!
