Hes just saying what every one of us is thinking..... and the only reason the owners arent speaking their minds is because they essentially have a gag order on them.... imagine what an owner like dolan would have to say if it wasn't gonna cost him a million to do.... probly more then a million considering the remarks would probly resemble what chimera just said...lol

What these poor saps don't seem to understand is that, long after their playing days are over, the owners will still be owners and making money in other ventures. But, these dumb **** will never recover the money they're forfeiting now by blindly following the Fehrer's advice who, BTW, will also be making money hand over fist and laughing his way to the bank long after they're forgotten.

You know how it goes Roamer if they don't have anything intellegent to say it is the old stand by " I don't trust Bettman". It is too bad because most of the players are decent down to earth guys who do more for their communities then you will see in any other sport. Fehr and Bettman do have a way of bringing out the worst in people.

Very true. BTW, I'll be leaving soon to see your baby Oilers as they go up against ours in Grand Rapids tonight, then on to Milwaukee and Chicago as they take on Admirals and Wolves on Saturday and Sunday. Should be fun.

Speak for yourself for one and I doubt even the most homerific Rangers fan could envision Dolan saying anything remotely intelligent. Also, it's foolish to think that the majority (or even close) of the owners are so disenfranchised with The BUUTTTplug, to the point of wanting to fire him, but are powerless to do anything about it

I tend to agree. I suspect they love Gary. He takes the flack. He walks point.

He is paid well to be what he is on their behalf.
