As far as I am concerned Haslam and Banner already made their first mistake....getting rid of Heckert. After YEARS of every pick the Browns made turning to crap, including most 1st rounders, they had a GM who was making great picks. So now just because they needed to change head coaches, they firing the GM. Should have picked a head coach with the understanding that Heckert will be GM. With Heckert selecting the talent, any good coach should be able to make it work. But instead we go the usual route of "Oh, we need to rid the entire old regimen" rather than keeping the parts that worked.....big mistake. Now we HOPE they find a GM as good.
