10:51 AM ET 01.06 | ...there's no shortage of executives in other cities who believe the Mavs are still at the front of the line for Dwight Howard -- one of their two original main targets, along with Chris Paul, when they dissolved the championship team before both players unexpectedly removed themselves from the 2012 free-agent class -- if the struggling Howard decides at season's end that Lakerland isn't for him. "I have it as Lakers, Dallas or Atlanta for Dwight," said one Western Conference GM.

Dwight will go where he thinks the team will content for a championshiop. The Lakers will need to show this year they can contend if they want to keep him

He's Globetrotter material if I've ever seen it! Icing on the cake, people will be laughing with him, not at him, when he steps to the free throw line.

Stein is a mavs writer and is bummed that they don't have anybody besides dirk.
Cuban messed up that championship team by not signing the cast
Up again.
If you can't write anything good about your team why not write about
Hate against the Lakers.

On another note, how cool would it be if the Knickerbockers/Nyets busted out Harlem jerseys for a matchup against Washington this year?

Would the score be any closer than and actual Globetrotters - Generals game?

do you really think Howards play this year has been better than D. Jordan? not sure I would bring this clown in and disrupt all that "chemistry" the Clippers have going this year??

lmao over this "chemistry " the media or Dwight talks about the Clippers having... how bout just admitting they have a really good friggen team/bench talent wise??

QUOTE(#15):

Kobe has another 5 years in him. He is not willing to give up that spotlight unless he retires. He said it himself. I think there's still a chance for Dwight to go to Brooklyn via trade. Lopez and Gerald Wallace for Dwight. Lopez is from Cali and would welcome the move. He will fit in well w/ Kobe and may get more touches then any of the Lakers frontline if he plays there.

fit in with Kobe?? thats no easy task.. and this scrub Lopez will get more touches... yah right.. maybe when they ask him to inbound the ball to Kobe..

Here we go again with the where a player is going mania and not focusing on what they are doing in the present.
