Howard has torn labrum

04:27 PM ET 01.07 | The Los Angeles Lakers fell to three games under .500 with a loss to the Denver Nuggets on Sunday, and the news just keeps getting worse. Center Dwight Howard aggravated a shoulder injury and now has a torn labrum that will sideline him for at least a week. In addition, Pau Gasol suffered a concussion when he was elbowed by JaVale McGee, and Jordan Hill had to be examined for a right hip injury. It's possible the Lakers will not have any of their big men for the considerable future.
