07:49 AM ET 01.08 | If it were up to the fans who voted in an online poll in Philadelphia, the answer would be Gus Bradley, but to whom will the Eagles turn now? After channeling their energy into recruiting one of the bright minds from the college game and ultimately missing out, the Eagles are on to what can only be described as Plan B. ... The Eagles interviewed Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy on Sunday for about three hours in Denver. And they have interviews lined up with Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley and Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians, although dates have yet to be set. Offensive coordinator Jay Gruden was also granted permission by the Bengals to interview with the Eagles, the team said.

I thought they did that last year...

INTERVIEW SINGLETARY!!!!

This team needs quite a bit of pieces--- yes, a great coach who can not only spell DISCIPLINE, but use it correctly.

Biggest problem in philly are the overpaid, worthless players who wear this loser uniform.. the last leader they had was Dawk-- and they sent him packing--- Glad these rubes aren't doing anything important like being in the Military.... couldn't pass the test,,,

I've said it before, the Eagles have been using "Plan 9 from Outer Space" up until now. May as well change to "Plan B".

Brian Billick!!!!!

Santa Claus! He'd get their batteries recharged!

How about "The Brain From Planet Aros" for GM? It would help to have some brains in this outfit, at least.

Plan B: leave the NFC East and join the Big East.

January 8, 2013  08:12 AM ET

Oops. They made a big mistake. Now what?

January 8, 2013  08:17 AM ET

Plan B? resurrect the "Dream Team"??

January 8, 2013  08:20 AM ET

It's a little late for a Plan B, in this case. All the idiots have already been born. But I can appreciate the sentiment.

This is what happens when you make knee jerk reactions with your head coach...

They'll end up with Jim Zorn 2.0

Head coach by committee...

What the hell? Be on the cutting edge of things!

January 8, 2013  09:15 AM ET

How 'bout player coach. Only self coached team in the league.

January 8, 2013  09:33 AM ET

The Eagles are screwed...

The best coaches avail are Cowher, Jon Gruden and Chip Kelly...none are going to Philly.

Anything less is going to inspire mediocrity, especially with Foles at QB.

McCoy or Arians would be a pretty good hire. Either is better than Chuckie.

January 8, 2013  09:58 AM ET

Chuckie for Iggles coach! Get him out of the MNF booth!

January 8, 2013  10:07 AM ET

I wouldn't call it knee jerk. As an outside observer it seemed to me like Reid had plenty of chances. They've been more or less mediocre for a while now.
